What is etsyRAIN?
etsyRAIN is Etsy’s official Seattle Metropolitan “Street Team”: A volunteer organized, not-for-profit group of regional artists and craft makers who own and operate independent shops on Etsy.com

About our association with Etsy.com
As a rule, Etsy supports our work but does not govern our group in any way. The majority of our team's efforts and events are not directly affiliated with Etsy.com however, they have generously allowed us to use their online resources to establish our group here in the Puget Sound region.

About our Members
We have members as far north as Port Townsend and as far south as Olympia with the majority of members residing in the greater Seattle Metropolitan area. We welcome all artists and craft makers from the Puget Sound region to join us!

Our Mission
EtsyRAIN's mission is to nurture a supportive local community of artists and craft makers that will inspire, educate and promote the growth of our individual shops on Etsy and beyond.

Membership Requirements

To be an EtsyRAIN Basic Member you must meet two criteria:

1. Live and/or work in the Puget Sound area (see "about our members" above)
2. Have an active shop on Etsy.com OR have an *interest in starting* one

If you do not meet the above requirements, please do not join our Meetup group.

ANY SUSPECTED "SPAMMERS" WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE. WE DON'T LIKE "SPAM"!!

Using our Team EtsyRAIN team tag:

Be sure to use our official "team tag" in ALL of your listings for maximum exposure: team etsyRAIN (that's "team" [space] "etsyrain" [no space]) - not case-sensitive. This ALSO helps us find your shop more easily for etsyRAIN treasuries and features.
